COHOCTON, N.Y. (WETM) — Police have arrested a teen in link to the lethal accident that happened in Cohocton on December 29.
New York State Law enforcement arrested Owen Kirsch, 19, of Olean was arrested close to 6 p.m., virtually two several hours following the incident.
Kirsch was billed with first-degree Vehicular Manslaughter (a class-C felony), Driving Though Intoxicated, and Aggravated DWI. In accordance to the arrest report, this was Kirsch’s very first DWI offense.
