GLOW Holiday Festival at the Minnesota State Fairgrounds is canceling the event for Jan. 2 and shutting down a day early due to cold temps in the forecast.

The walk-thru light display at the Fairgrounds opened Nov. 18 and was to run through Sunday.

For visitors through Saturday night, festival organizers said GLOW has plenty of places to warm up, including the North End Event Center, a heated tent, fire pits and a heated hop-on, hop-off trolley.
